• Xchange fee - The Xchange fee is a flat rate of USD99 per week of 8days/7nights - throughout the world which translates to great value for money! This is payable only upon confirmation of your Xchange request.
• Guest Certificate fee - USD39. This is applicable only if you are not part of traveling party staying at the destination resort/hotel.
• Cancellation Protection Option (CPO) @ USD19.00.-
  By purchasing CPO at the time of confirming your exchange, should you need to cancel your exchange holiday, your deposited week will be saved up to the expiry date of usage week entitlement. There will be 'no fee' for the replacement exchange. You have the option of accepting CPO and paying the additional CPO fee on the replacement exchange reservation.
  
  - CPO must be purchased upon xchange confirmation only.

          - CPO is not available on Bonus Weeks or any other “special” or “promotional 
            offers”

          - CPO is not applicable on Guest Certificates

   If you decline CPO at the time of confirming your exchange, the cancellation policy 
   applies.

• Cancellation Policy –

60 days and above prior to check-in date:
-USD39 will be deducted from Xchange fee
-Week will be saved for future use up to the expiry date of usage week entitlement

59 days to 30 days prior to check-in date:
-USD49 will be deducted from Xchange fee
-Week will be saved for future use up to the expiry date of usage week entitlement

29 days till the date of check-in
-Xchange fee forfeited
-Week deposited forfeited.
